The fitness bike can be quickly and easily converted into a recumbent bicycle and has a torsion-resistant, powder-coated frame. The height of the ergonomic, upholstered seat with backrest can be adjusted to your own height in seven positions using the tension knob. The buckles of the rubberized and grooved pedals can also be adjusted to the size of the foot, which prevents the feet from slipping. Attention was paid to the ergonomic shape of the handles. The fitness bike is approved for a maximum load of 130 kg / 290 lbs.

For demanding cyclists, the resistance of the flywheel with branded V-belts can be individually adjusted in ten steps using the magnetic tension knob. The flywheel is particularly quiet. The LCD display shows the speed, duration of training, distance covered and calories consumed in a large and easy-to-read format. In addition, the heart rate is measured by two integrated pulse sensors and the display changes between the individual points thanks to the scan function.

A mobile phone or tablet can be placed on the console of the exercise bike. For the final, optimal strength training of the upper body, two resistance bands are integrated on the exercise bike. An additional hip trainer is attached to the bike for training the core of the body. The exercise bike is compatible with many training apps.
